Klayton has not been in the studio for the last few weeks nor for a few more to come, and he sends his apologies for the lack of recent updates. He has however, been working further on a collection of unreleased songs that were written over the past few years, but won't be included on the new album. We are planning a Beta Cessions 2 release following the new album that will feature 10-15 original songs, as well as an entire separate disc of material that is yet to be classified.
We're offering "Switchback" as a free download for a limited time. The only requirement for the free download is that you must continue passing it along to at least 10 people, and encourage them to keep it going. We want to get "Switchback" heard by millions around the world.

Klayton has been finishing up a remix of FIXT artist lvl's track "HOME," which Klayton featured at his previous Remix Hotel appearance where he demonstrated how he uses Apple's Logic Pro. The remix session is being featured in the upcoming Logic Pro Studio Apple Training Series book by David Nahmani. Logic users will be able to access Klayton's remix and interact with it on the accompanying DVD, to see how he created the track. The 600 page book will be available on October 31st from Peachpit Press.
Klayton has recently spent some time co-writing & producing with the Celldweller live bass player Kem on his solo project (Subkulture). The first single "Erasus" is going to final mix next week and will be released as a digital download through FIXT Music in the coming weeks. In addition to producing and co-writing the track, Klayton performed, programmed and will be mixing the track. Celldweller fans will undeniably hear Klayton's signature production on the track with it's unique mix of combined styles. Kem is continuing to write toward a full length Subkulture release.
The Take It & Break It Remix Competition Round 3 is off to a great start with over 50 "Switchback" remixes already posted on the site. We have also created Featured Remixer Profiles on the site that showcase active remixers in the community.
